Yuu Etiquette

We want you to get the most out of your Yuu experience so there’s just a few things to let you know…

Appointments

When booking any treatment, you will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure the booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your treatment to  complete a mandatory consultation form. This helps our experts tailor any treatment to you.

Yuu Etiquette

To maintain our relaxing environment and to fully enjoy your Yuu experience, we respectfully ask that mobile phones are turned off before and during treatments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Groupon bookings cannot be changed or missed or sessions will be forfeited. If clients ring or email 48 hours prior to appointment they can change for a fee of £10. Gift voucher bookings that are not cancelled 24 hours prior will have 50% deducted from the value.

Refund Policy

Any refunds must be made in writing to claire@naturalaser.com within 28 days of purchase. Any refunds requested for unused sessions of IPL/Laser will incur sessions deducted at full price and an administration charge of £50. Refunds are credited back on a client’s account and can be used for any other treatments within 6 months.

Health & Safety

Unfortunately we are not insured to care for clients’ children on our premises. Although we love little ones, our busy salon is not a safe environment for small children. If it’s possible to organise childcare, we recommend that you do so.

Student Discount

All students are offered a 10% discount on all full price treatments each day except Thursday and Saturday.
