At Yuu Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a retail product purchased in-salon, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for treatments or services once they have been completed.
