Yuu Etiquette

We want you to get the most out of your Yuu Beauty experience so there’s just a few things to let you know…

Appointments

For any appointment over 15 minutes long, we charge a £20 deposit to secure the booking (which is deductible from the total treatment cost). Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Yuu Etiquette

To maintain our relaxing environment and to fully enjoy your Yuu experience, we respectfully ask that mobile phones are turned off before and during treatments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Discount deal bookings (including Groupon & Wowcher) cannot be changed or missed, or sessions will be forfeited. However, if discount deal clients ring or email 48 hours prior to their booking they can change their appointment for a fee of £10. Gift voucher bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will have 50% deducted from the value.

Refund Policy

Any requests for a refund must be made in writing to claire@naturalaser.com within 28 days of purchase. Any refunds requested for unused sessions of IPL/Laser will incur sessions deducted at full price and an administration charge of £50. Refunds are credited back on a client’s account and can be used for any other treatments within six months.

Health & Safety

For the interim we have had to implement the following guidelines due to Coronavirus:
• If you are showing symptoms of COV-ID 19 or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms over last 14 days please reschedule.
• Please be on time and wait outside for your appointment. We will wave you into both Yuu Beauty and Yuu Nails.
• Please attend your appointment alone.
• Please wear a face covering.
• Please fill out a consultation form which will be emailed prior to your appointment.
• Sanitise your hands on entering Yuu Beauty and Yuu Nails.
• Bring minimal belongings with you.
• Observe social distancing around others in the salon.
• Your health and safety is very important to us at Yuu. Clients have now been spaced out to reduce the number of clients and extra cleaning time has been allocated. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refreshments or magazines at this time.
